F.W. Garforth
Francis William Garforth, MA, was a member of the University of Hull's Department of Education. Garforth published several works on education and philosophy, including Educative Democracy: John Stuart Mill on Education in Society (Oxford University Press for the University of Hull, 1980), as well as Bede's Historia Ecclesiastica (Bell & Hyman, 1967; reprinted by Bolchazy-Carducci Publishers, 1988, 2003).
