Elizabeth Heimbach, MA

Elizabeth Heimbach taught high school Latin for more than thirty years and is currently an adjunct professor at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Heimbach received a BA in Latin from Bryn Mawr College and an MA in classics from the Ohio State University. Her research interests include the Vesuvian cities of Pompeii and Herculaneum and the archeological sites of Arbeia and Bignor in England. Heimbach is the author of Latin Everywhere, Everyday (Bolchazy-Carducci Publishers, 2004) and A Roman Map Workbook, 2nd Edition (Bolchazy-Carducci Publishers, 2013).
