Jan Novak
Jan Novak (1921-1984) was a Czech composer of classical music. He composed Schola Cantans (1998), Exercitia mythological (1968), and Vernalis temporis symphonia (1982), and music for films. Rafael Kubelik conducted Novak's arrangements of Dido and Mimus Magicus for the recording Vergil's Dido and Mimus Magicus (Bolchazy-Carducci Publishers, 1997).
